The action is implemented in cycles as follows:
Round 1: Creation of 5,000 full-time jobs.
Date of submission of applications – 29/1/2021
Expiry Date – 29/03/2021
2nd cycle and following: They will be activated 4 months from the expiration date of the previous one until the exhaustion of the total budget.
Beneficiaries

Private companies and generally private sector employers engaged in regular economic activity in the above regions.
(Analytically the exceptions of the companies included in the announcement of the action)
Conditions

No reduction of staff (dismissal, change of employment status from full to part-time or part-time, etc.) during the last quarter (3 months) before the date of submission of the funding application.
The non-reduction of staff must be observed throughout the duration of the program, but also for the period from the submission of the application until the issuance of the approval decision.

Procedure

After the submission of the application and after its evaluation and the manner specified in the announcement, the approval decision is issued and then the employment counselor looks for the unemployed according to the details of the position requested by the beneficiary.
After the introduction of the recruitment announcement in PS ERGANI, the beneficiary who participates in the action, under the responsibility of the beneficiary company, will have to fill in the electronic services of OAED (e-services) the Census Entry Card. These data will then be transferred to the NSRF OPS. The same procedure should be followed in case of replacement.
Caution

The entry and exit tickets are completed through the electronic services of OAED (e-services). The entry form must be completed by the date of submission of the application for payment of the aid for the first two months of employment, under the responsibility of the beneficiary. Respectively, the exit form must have been completed by the date of submission of the application for payment of the aid of the last two months of employment. Otherwise, the amount of aid corresponding to the first or last two months of employment, respectively, is not paid to the company.

The submission of the application for payment of the aid is submitted only electronically with the supporting documents mentioned in the announcement within 90 days from the end of each two months of employment.
Obligations of Beneficiaries

Companies are required to retain committed staff with the same employment status throughout the operation.
